Beginnings of Back to School Shopping

Yesterday, I went shopping and picked up a few items. I was very happy with my purchases, and it gives me something be excited about for school. I went to H&M, and I was so pleasantly surprised! The colors are lovely for this fall. Think jewel tones, nudes, and deep browns. I've been seeing a lot of burnt orange too, not unconventional for autumn, but beautiful nevertheless. You trendy girls(and guys) out there should definitely stop in if you're looking for a new daring piece to turn heads this fall. Here are the things I found at H&M:
This dress caught my eye! I remember back in April I was saying I wished peter pan collars would come back, and what do you know! This is one of those trends you either love or hate, I love it!! Plus, the colors are nice and subtle so it isn't too much. $29.95
This LBD is a staple in any girls closet. The silhouette is so flattering on most everybody. The skirt is just so swingy and cute. I might even wear this for the first day of school if I can find the right accessories. ( Its blacker than the picture in person) $17.95
I actually bought this bag at Aldo a couple of weeks ago, but wanted to show it because I can't wait to carry it for fall, and thought it would look adorable with the dress i just showed. ^^^
On sale for $40
I have to give my little sister credit for finding this skirt. She found it in the kids section and bought it, but I just had to buy it too! I would most likely wear it a little above my hips, maybe with a white tee-shirt tucked in. Once again, the bag ^^^ looks soooo cute with it too! Its a suede-like material.$17.95

Okay, now onto TJ Maxx. I bought one thing, and its this simple, classic, Jones of New York scarf. It was only $12.99 and you can tell it has great quality. I just loved the way it feels and it falls very nicely. The funny thing is, I went into Macy's after and saw the exact same scarf for double the price! :)
I also bought a new eye lash curler for $4, because I was so sick of my demi curler.
I got this crop top at American Eagle. I'd been wanting it for a while. It's one of those things you can wear on a day you don't feel like dressing up, and you'll still look cute! I'm planning on wearing it with a pastel colored tank underneath, with lace detailing. $19.50
This flowy top was on the sale rack at American Eagle, and I thought it was just so unique. The real reason I picked it up is because this color is very flattering on me. It matched my eye color, and the contrast with my dirty blonde hair is so pretty! I'll probably wear it cinched at the waist with a belt.
$14.99

This necklace is from American Eagle, and it was kind of expensive, but I just couldn't resist! I love the colors, they're so gorgeous. I put up three picture so you could see the detailing on the chain and on the charms! I kind of have an obsession with tassel necklaces. $20
Well, that's it! If you want to know how I'll style a specific piece, with full pictures of the outfit and everything, just comment below! :) Thanks for reading my blog!
